Now, on the contrary, there are many factors that cause book quality problems due to backward post press binding equipment and technology. Isn't it a sigh that exquisite prints have problems due to post press binding. In particular, the first ring of wireless binding has made book and magazine printing enterprises with a certain scale and strength consider and purchase advanced post press equipment such as wireless binding linkage production line. However, the disc pack machine, which was popular in the past few years because of its simple structure, low technical requirements, small investment and fast efficiency, is still in large stock in the printing industry. first, the main transmission mechanism

mainly transmits the power of the motor to the main shaft through the pulley, and drives the disc to rotate counterclockwise to drive the book block to complete the milling back, gluing and cover, in which the working efficiency of the packaging machine can be adjusted by changing the pulley position. Because the load borne by the baoben machine in the working process is not uniform, there is a certain impact phenomenon, so generally after 6 ~ 7 years of use, it is often due to the wear of various components, including the wear of transmission gears, the wear of bearings, and even the deformation of the connecting gears and shafts, and the accumulation of clearance caused by the deformation of the flat key on the disc and the main shaft, which makes the disc work unstable. Finally, the inaccurate positioning of the upper cover affects the quality of the upper cover. In this case, the disc can be pushed left and right in the shutdown state. If its displacement exceeds 20mm, the relevant parts should be disassembled for inspection and maintenance to reduce the gap

II. Book block station clamping mechanism

III. back milling and slot milling mechanism

the structure of this machine is mainly driven by a motor to rotate the milling disc at high speed. The milling disc is generally equipped with 4 back milling knives and 2 slotting knives on the professional manufacturers of our company. Milling the back of the book with the milling knife and slotting knife requires that the back of the book be milled thoroughly, that is, the pages on the back of the book become single sheets and are flat, slotted evenly, with the same depth, and the paper scraps are removed smoothly. Whether the organization works well or not has a great impact on the quality of book gluing. To achieve good results, we must first pay attention to sharpening and adjusting the milling depth of the knife, so as to provide a good foundation for the subsequent process of gluing. Nowadays, milling cutters generally weld cemented carbide cutter particles on the handle, and the geometric angle requirements of the cutter head are not very strict, but the geometric angles of several cutters should be kept as consistent as possible. So that the cutter head will not vibrate greatly due to the uneven force caused by the difference of cutter shape in the process of high-speed milling, and the triangular cutter tip of milling groove is the same. When adjusting the milling depth, the milling depth is generally not less than 2mm. For example, thicker books should be milled deeper until all the inner pages of the book post can be milled into a single sheet. The slotting depth of the back of the book is about 0.8 ~ 1mm, and the slot distance is 2 ~ 5mm. It should be noted here that the speed of the milling cutter is constant, and the faster the machine is driven, the larger the slot spacing will be, which will be affected. Secondly, when installing the back milling cutter, the tool tip should be on the same plane, and so should the slot milling cutter. Due to the long service time of the machine, the bearing of the motor is worn, and some gaps or deformation will occur between the shaft and the milling cutter head. Attention should be paid to avoid accidents when adjusting the cutter, so as to avoid touching the book clip. If there is a gap or serious deformation, and the milling cutter head rotates unevenly, relevant parts and components need to be replaced

IV. gluing mechanism

although the gluing mechanism of the disc pack machine is simple, the internal quality of the wireless gluing of books largely depends on this mechanism. The mechanism is composed of a glue pot, a rubber feeding wheel, a temperature controller, etc. the early machine glue pot is small, and there is only one rubber feeding wheel. Because there is only one glue feeding, it is difficult to achieve uniform glue feeding and ensure the thickness of glue. It is recommended to change to double rubber tires. Many manufacturers have made improvements because of the low cost. To ensure the quality of gluing, the key is to adjust the height of the gluing wheel to ensure that the glue can permeate the book slot and the back of the book with a certain glue layer thickness (0.5 ~ 1mm). Generally, the distance between the first gluing wheel and the back of the book is 0.4 ~ 0.8mm, and the distance between the second gluing wheel and the back of the book is adjusted between 1.2 ~ 2.2. Too small adjustment distance will thicken the back of the book, too thick the adhesive layer on the back of the book, and affect the quality of the upper cover. The same is true for the upper side adhesive. After several years of improvement, the quality of hot melt adhesive has been guaranteed. As long as the temperature of adhesive is controlled as required, its physical properties can be guaranteed. In order to ensure the temperature of the glue, it is better to set an additional preheating glue pot, so as to avoid the temperature and uneven melting affecting the quality due to the direct addition of glue particles to the glue pot on the machine during the production process

v. forming and supporting mechanism

whether the working state of the mechanism is normal plays a major role in the external quality of books. If the relevant parts are seriously worn, the positioning offset and improper adjustment will make the inclined plane of the back, the round back, the spine offset and the side of the spine thicker, which will seriously affect the quality of the book. We can't help analyzing the structure and working principle. The book cover is sent out through the paper feeding suction nozzle and sent out through two pressing wheels. At the same time, two pairs of indentation wheels indent the cover, which is positioned on the bracket by the positioning device. Finally, the bracket rises and glues with the glued book block to complete the gluing process of the whole book. From this, it can be seen that the cover should be accurately positioned, and the two pressing wheels are required to send out the cover in parallel, so that the indentation of the cover can be clearly seen. The upper and lower clearance of the two pairs of indentation wheels should be adjusted appropriately according to the thickness of the cover paper. The right and left are aligned, and the indentation wheel is worn quickly. It should be replaced in time after wear. In order to ensure that the spine does not shift and there is no inclined plane, the supporting forming mechanism must be accurately positioned, and the clearance is often increased due to the wear of the machine parts, The above quality problems and instability are caused by the displacement of the gluing position. In case of this problem, it is necessary to readjust and locate with a pin. If the parts are seriously worn, it is necessary to change the speed adjustment range up to 0.001mm/min ~ 1000mm/min. The height of the mechanism support should be adjusted well. Too high will press out the adhesive on the back of the book, and cause the overflow adhesive to stain the cover. Too low, the bonding effect between the cover and the back of the book is not good, and cause round back, void, etc. As long as we pay attention to observation, summarize experience and adjust properly in the production process, this machine can also glue out good books
