Although the scale of urban gas and power supply has gradually expanded, replacing some liquefied gas users, with the rapid economic development, the number of liquefied gas cylinder users has increased year by year in recent years, and the number of urban and rural users, urban catering users, industrial users, and civilian rental houses in the junction of cities and towns can be said to be increasing. At present, there are liquefied gas stations in all counties and districts, but the gas stations are far away from the countryside. Although there are special buses to and from the gas stations, the supply still falls short of demand. In order to solve this problem, basically, there are fixed gas supply stores in the locations of township governments. These gas supply stores are generally front rooms on both sides of the main roads, and even located at home. Although the area is small, they store a large number of gas cylinders, There are problems with these liquefied gas business sites: first, there is no fire separation from the surrounding houses; Second, employees who have not received fire safety training and are not specialized in inflammable and explosive work have very weak fire awareness, and they are directly engaged in the filling of gas cylinders; Third, these places are not equipped with fire-fighting facilities and equipment to fight fires; Fourth, the fire safety management is relatively chaotic. In some places, due to the small number of personnel, a family of three people eat and live in the store, the electrical lines in the store are chaotic, and there are many electrical facilities; These deficiencies seriously threaten the safety of people's lives and property. In case of unsafe accidents, the consequences are extremely serious, so it is urgent to solve such problems

first, there are two fire prevention technical specifications that need to be solved by liquefied gas business sites

first, the application of the code for fire protection design of buildings in liquefied gas business sites: liquefied gas business sites have never been reviewed and accepted for fire protection, and the term "liquefied gas business sites" is not available in the national technical specifications. The area and scale of liquefied gas business sites are very small, with a general building area of about 20-40 square meters and about 25 bottles stored. It is impossible to set them in accordance with the requirements of "layout and fire separation of liquefied petroleum gas storage tanks" in Chapter 4, section 6 of the building code and "bottled supply stations" in Chapter 6, section 5 of the code for design of urban gas. However, considering the interests of the masses, we can't get all the truth immediately at present. We can refer to article 4.1.11 of the high standards: "when bottled LPG is used as fuel in high-rise buildings, centralized bottled LPG rooms should be set up, and the bottled LPG rooms with a total reserve of no more than 1.00m3 can be built adjacent to the podium"

the second is the problem of storage capacity of liquefied gas business sites: the existing domestic gas bottle inflation capacity is 12 or 15kg, according to the storage capacity of 1.00m3, about 30 bottles. According to the provisions of "bottled gas supply station" in Chapter 6, section 5 of the code for urban gas design, the storage capacity of empty bottles at business sites shall not exceed 1 time of the monthly average daily sales

II. Fire safety management conditions that liquefied gas business sites should meet

according to the "Regulations on fire safety management of organs, groups, enterprises and institutions to make them very suitable for the utilization needs of the oil and gas industry" and the actual situation of existing business sites, liquefied gas business sites should meet the following fire safety conditions

(I) which experimental machine should we choose to change? Fire protection conditions of store buildings

1. The fire resistance rating of store buildings should not be lower than grade II. Doors and windows should be opened outward. The ground should be non sparking ground, and there must be good ventilation facilities. Wooden doors and windows should be used for doors and windows. When metal doors and windows are used, measures should be taken to prevent sparks

2. Liquefied gas valve stores should choose relatively independent buildings, and should choose the first floor facade of a building with no more than three floors, not at the bottom of residential buildings

3. The location of stores should not be close to public places where people gather, such as cinemas, shopping malls, etc

4. When the use of buildings near the store changes and does not meet the fire protection requirements, they should be moved to a safe place

(II) management of fire and electricity

1. Smoking and open fire stoves are strictly prohibited in the store. When users need to test the fire for repairing stoves and new stoves, they must be outside the fire-free and transparent glass colorless area of the store, and the fire test must be supervised by a specially assigned person

2. A certain area near the store should be set up as a no fire area. Smoking and using open flames in the no fire area are strictly prohibited. Sparks caused by cutting or friction are strictly prohibited

3. It is best to use dark wires for electrical circuits in stores. Lamps and switches must meet explosion-proof requirements, and other electrical facilities are not allowed

(III) gas cylinder safety management

1. It is strictly forbidden to pour gas in the store, and it is strictly forbidden to dump and use residual gas in violation of regulations

2. It is strictly forbidden to store overdue heavy cylinders in the store, and it is strictly forbidden to replace unqualified cylinders with users

3. For the recovered empty cylinder, check whether the cylinder valve is closed and whether the steel cylinder leaks

4. During daily operation in the store, the storage volume of heavy bottles shall not exceed 1 cubic meter, and the storage volume of empty bottles shall not exceed 1 time of the average daily sales volume of each month. After the end of business on the same day, the company must take back the gas storage uniformly, and heavy bottles shall not be stored overnight in the gate

5. The heavy bottle area and empty bottle area in the store should be arranged in different areas, and should not be mixed, and should prevent cylinders from rolling down
